This session looks at this sector’s traits, behaviours and ambitions – how do Gen Z-ers browse and book travel options and destinations and what type of experiential travel activities do they aspire to? What matters to them; responsible tourism, voluntourism? We also looking at their growing influence on parents and grandparents who rely on this tech-savvy generation for information on the latest trends, things to do and places to go.
