ATM 2013 expands partnership with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts

Arabian Travel Market to host international press and key buyers across six Mövenpick properties as preparations for 20th anniversary of travel and tourism showcase gets underway

Reed Travel Exhibitions, the organiser of Arabian Travel Market (ATM), the Middle East's largest travel and tourism event, has confirmed its host hotel partnership with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts after a successful association with flagship properties Mövenpick Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel and Mövenpick Deira for the 2012 event.

 In total, six Mövenpick hotels, located in Dubai, will be involved in the 2013 partnership, including two properties which have yet to open. Between them, they will each host a record number of key media and industry buyers during the 6 to 9 May 2013 ATM showcase. Commenting on the announcement, Mark Walsh, Portfolio Director, Reed Travel Exhibitions, said: “ATM 2013 is set to be a milestone event, marking 20 years in the Middle East and reinforcing our commitment to the region and our travel and tourism partners.

“As a celebratory year for Reed Travel Exhibitions, the opportunity to once again partner with Mövenpick and introduce two of their latest properties to the region’s most influential industry players, offers both parties exceptional benefits. Indeed, due to positive feedback from this year’s ATM, we will be inviting a record number of hosted delegates next year – 150 in total, up 15% on 2012.”

The Mövenpick properties will welcome top decision-makers from the leisure, golf, cruise, medical and business sector, as well as key international media. The participating hotels include, the Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate, Mövenpick Hotel Deira, Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai, plus two new properties opening in late 2012, the Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Mövenpick Hotel Apartments The Square Dubai, which will debut as part of the official accommodation portfolio.
