Aline Barhouche is Area Director of Human Resources (HR), Middle East, Turkey and Africa for Radisson Hotel Group, recognised by Ethisphere Institute as one of the World’s Most Ethical companies since 2010. Aline is responsible for supporting the regional growth strategy across talent management, compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, employee relations, transfers & succession planning, training & development and labour relations.

Aline has responsibility for setting the HR strategy, in line with Group policy, across 106 hotels in 32 countries and the Area Support offices in Dubai and Cape Town. Her role includes supporting the Area Senior Vice President, Regional Directors, General Managers and Human Resources Managers in all matters concerning Human Resources. Aline is also responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and compliance with policies and programs according to local employment laws and legislation.

French national Aline has over 15 years’ experience working in senior management roles in human resources for international hotels brands. She began her career with Radisson Hotel Group in 2011 having previously worked in Belgium, USA, French Polynesia and Algeria for Starwood and Accor Hotel Groups. Before joining Radisson Hotel Group, she worked for Abu Dhabi National Hotels where she led the successful design and implementation of a new Employee Engagement Survey for the company.

Aline supports Area activities relating to the Radisson Hotel Group’s award winning Responsible Business program, a CSR program committed to caring for people, communities and the planet. 

Aline has an MBA in International Hospitality from the University of La Rochelle, France. Aline is based in Dubai and is passionate about travelling.
