Submit your event information

Let the media know of any activities that you are planning, such as press conferences, on-stand entertainment, competitions, receptions or anything else you think the media would be interested in. Simply submit your event information and be included in the Official Media Schedule. This is given to all media attendees when they collect their badge.

Your press conference invitations can also be displayed on the press rack in the Media Centre as well as on the notice boards.
